TEAM RUDY COACHING & CONSULTING
How I Work
Most career coaches focus on strategy. Most life coaches focus on mindset.
I believe lasting career success requires both: Identity-level coaching around limiting beliefs and modern career strategy.

Identity-level coaching around limiting beliefs and modern career strategy.
After more than three decades as an executive, vice president, organizational consultant and leader, I've seen exceptionally talented women held back for two very different reasons. Some lacked a clear career strategy. Others had the strategy but were unknowingly limited by beliefs that kept them playing smaller than they were meant to.
Real transformation happens when we address both.
Together, we uncover the unconscious beliefs that quietly shape your decisions—beliefs like "I'm not good enough," "I have to prove myself," or "I don't deserve more." Then we replace them with a way of thinking that allows you to lead your career with confidence, clarity and purpose.
At the same time, we build a practical career strategy based on today's reality. My recommendations are informed by years of executive leadership, experience hiring and developing professionals, and continual research into recruiter behavior, AI, and the rapidly changing world of work.
Everything we do is organized around what I call the Five Vs
These aren't five separate steps. They work together to help you think differently, communicate differently and ultimately build a career that reflects who you really are.

Helping You Become the CEO
of Your Own Career
My goal isn't simply to help you land your next position.
It's to help you become the CEO of your own career—someone who makes intentional decisions, adapts with confidence and creates opportunities instead of waiting for them.
Because when your thinking changes, your strategy changes.
And when both change, your career does too.
